1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Company - parking operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Parking"), operated by EasyRentBulgaria EOOD, with UIC: BG202163172, tel.: +359 890 43 43 46, and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") who use the parking services and accompanying services provided by the Parking.
1.2. By making a reservation or using the Parking services, the Client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. All reservations are made in advance through the official channels of the Parking.
2.2. When leaving the vehicle, a 1-hour grace period for waiting is provided. If the Client does not arrive within this period, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
2.3. When picking up the vehicle, a 1-hour grace period is provided. In case of delay beyond this period, the system automatically charges an additional fee according to the current tariff plan.
2.4. In case of cancellation or missed reservation, making a new reservation is charged at the current price for the respective period/season, including "last minute" rates.
3.1. All published prices include VAT.
3.2. If the Client wishes to have an invoice issued, they must provide the necessary information within 5 days after making the payment. After this period expires, issuing an invoice is not possible.
3.3. Due to high demand and occupancy, the Parking does not guarantee availability without prior reservation.
3.4. All prices are adjusted according to season, period and occupancy, and may be adjusted by the Parking.
4.1. The Parking provides free transfer service for Clients to and from Sofia Airport.
4.2. During the time period 16:00 - 18:00, delays may occur due to heavy traffic.
4.3. Every Client using the service during this time period must allow a minimum of 30 minutes for picking up/dropping off the vehicle and performing the transfer.
4.4. The Parking is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (traffic, road conditions, etc.).
5.1. Every Client is obliged to take photo or video material before handing over the vehicle, which clearly certifies its condition (external elements, paint, rims, etc.).
5.2. In case of claims for damage (scratches, scuffs, missing elements, etc.), the Client is obliged to present indisputable evidence - photo or video from the moment of handover, containing the date and time of recording.
5.3. In the absence of such evidence, the Parking is not responsible for claims made by the Client.
6.1. The Parking is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, vandalism, third parties, etc.).
6.2. The Parking controls access within its capabilities, but it is not guarded. We advise clients to have valid insurance for their vehicles.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally by the Parking, and the amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the official website/office.
7.2. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this is not possible - by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
8.1. The Parking collects and processes personal data of Clients solely for the purposes of providing the services under these Terms and Conditions - making reservations, communication, issuing payment documents, providing transfer services and reporting to state authorities when required by law.
8.2. The personal data processed may include: first and last name, telephone, email, vehicle registration number, payment data, as well as data provided for invoice issuance.
8.3. All personal data is stored in a secure system and is not provided to third parties, except when this is necessary by law or for the performance of the service (for example, accounting processing, hosting provider or competent state authorities).
8.4. The period for storing personal data is in accordance with regulatory requirements and is no longer than necessary for the performance of the service or for proving contractual relationships.
8.5. The Client has the right at any time to request access to their personal data, their correction, deletion ("right to be forgotten") or restriction of processing, as well as to withdraw any consent given.
8.6. For questions or complaints related to the processing of personal data, the Client may contact the Parking through official contact channels. The Client has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
8.7. The Parking takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the provided personal data and to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
